3.1 7-Day Fit & Finish Inspection
We want your rig to fit perfectly. If your laptop bag or accessory arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not meet the dimensions specified, you may initiate a return within 7 days of delivery.
3.2 Return Conditions
To qualify for a refund or exchange:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- All original tags, padded dividers, and dust bags must be included.
- Items showing signs of “field use,” stains, or modified straps will not be accepted.
3.3 The Refund Protocol
Once your return is inspected at our fulfillment center, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are credited to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
